Dr. Symone Martin Fowler is a family physician who was born and raised in metro-Detroit. She is honored to have the opportunity to serve her community and is passionate about providing primary care to all patients, regardless of their ability to pay. Her clinical interests include the management of substance use disorders, and complex chronic diseases, with a particular focus on patients facing housing instability.

As a family physician, Dr. Fowler is committed to being a strong advocate for her patients as they navigate the larger healthcare system. She enjoys caring for patients and their families throughout their lifespan and is grateful for the opportunity to work with them in setting goals for their personal health journeys.
