Andres was born and raised in Colombia, and he moved to Detroit to pursue a career in healthcare. Mr. Ayala began working as a Registered Nurse in the Medical ICU at Henry Ford Hospital. During his 13 years at Henry Ford Hospital, he provide the highest level of care to the various challenging and complex cases. Andres’ passion for the delivery of health care excellence has led him to professional advancement as well as earning important skills and recognition as a Critical Care Registered Nurse and Certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
