Dr. Claiborne is a life-long Detroiter. She joined the team at CHASS Center in 1993. In order to better communicate with her patients, she took six semesters of Spanish at the University of Michigan – Dearborn campus. Dr. Claiborne is a member of the National Network for Oral Health Access (NNOHA). Members of NNOHA are committed to improving the country’s underserved individuals through increased access to oral health services. She is also a member of the Great Lakes Chapter of The Links, Inc., an international organization comprised of primarily professional African American women.
