PHARMACY
Pharmacy services are available at the Southwest Center for clients who have a primary care or dental provider at CHASS. We accept most prescription coverage plans. For those without prescription coverage, most medications are provided at affordable rates.
If you need a prescription refill you can order it by calling our Pharmacy Hotline at 313.849.3920 option 3. Our hotline is available to you 24/7. When calling, be sure to have your prescription (Rx) number, which is on the top left of the label on the bottle. Refill requests that do not need provider authorization are completed within 24 hours on weekdays. Cost is based on a 30 day supply.
