PEDIATRIC CARE
Our team of board-certified Family Medicine Providers offers competent, comprehensive and compassionate care to clients under 18 years. We follow well-child care guidelines set by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). Additionally, CHASS Providers care for the child in the context of the family, culture and community.
- 1-2 day of age bilirubin check

When registering a child for their first visit, please bring a birth certificate, immunization record, and insurance card if applicable. A parent or legal guardian is expected to accompany young children to all appointments.
We accept most insurance plans. For those without health care coverage, services are provided on a sliding fee scale based on household size and income. Full payment is expected at time of service, however, a minimum payment is required.
