    CHASS was founded on the vision of providing care to the community and the value that health care is a basic human right. Over the past five decades, generations of families have accessed CHASS for care.

    Our work environment is vibrant, yet challenging. For all full-time employees, we offer employer paid health care and paid vacation and sick time. For health professionals we participate in the National Health Service Corp and are an approved site through the National Loan Repayment Program.

    As an FQHC, CHASS is part of the largest provider network in the nation. FQHCs provide care to more than 29 million people. In 2018, 1 in 12 adults and 1 in 9 children received care at a FQHC.
