Learn how to better manage your health! Join our classes designed for people living with diabetes and their caregivers. Learn about medications, nutritious food choices and physical activities that will help you better manage your health. The classes have a six-week series format, with a different topic presented each week. At the end of each series, the sessions restart, participants are welcome to attend at any time!
