Elva Rodriguez has served as CHASS Business Manager in charge of accounts payable and purchasing since 2004. She holds an Associates Degree in Business from Henry Ford Community College and is currently attending Rochester College working towards bachelor’s degree in Business. Ms. Rodriguez began her career at CHASS in 1990 as the Executive Secretary. Prior to her role as Business Manager, she served as a Billing Assistant where she worked diligently to increase third party reimbursements and to improve data entry and accounts receivable procedures. Ms. Rodriguez is bilingual and bicultural.
